Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 3–10 working days after dispatch for most UK orders.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as courier delays, customs inspections, severe weather, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you’ll receive your tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Willow & Moon cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate the issue and work towards a resolution.
